Week 1 – Advanced Strokes (Flipping, Fishing, Smashing)
Week 2 – Rally Movement (in and out, step-around, and random footwork)
Week 3 – Serve and Attack (3rd ball and 5th ball)
Week 4 - Tournament Tips (Maximizing results and Mental preparation)
We will have match play on the final day with post-game analysis
